How much water should I drink a day?
An average of at least 8 glasses (2 litres) a
day is recommended for a 60 kilos individual.
This intake must increase depending of the climate
temperature and amount of physical activity taken.

Yes from the foods agency, the purity must be
perfect or it cannot be bottled, unlike the mains

5 What is Natural spring water?
The term 'Natural spring water' is a legal definition,
which guarantees standards as it must comply with a
strict European Directive. According to American and
European Regional Codex Standard, spring water.
o is obtained directly from natural or drilled sources
from the underground water table
o is collected under conditions which guarantee the
original natural bacteriological purity.
o is bottled at the point of emergence of the source
with particular hygienic precautions.
o is not and does not need to be subjected to any chemical
treatment

and life itself.
7 What are the functions of water on the body?
It helps transport nutrients, oxygen and waste products
in and out of cells. It is necessary for all digestive,
absorption, circulatory, and excretory functions. It
is needed to regulate the body temperature and to provide
energy. It is also believed to have a major part in
moisturising our skin and regulating our emotions.
8 What are the symptoms of lack of water?
Classic symptoms are headaches, poor concentration,
tiredness and lethargy, irritability, higher risk of
developing kidney infections, constipation, dry skin.

pressure, the list is endless.
9 How much water is there in the body?
The human body is 2 thirds water - as is 75% of the
brain. You can live without food for several weeks,
but you cannot last a week without water.

bottled water?
Tap water is always treated with chemicals such as chlorine.
On the contrary, because spring water is created
by nature for drinking, by law spring water
does not need and must not undergo any chemical treatment.
11 What are the disadvantages of tap water?
Tap water quality is inconsistent and usually treated
with chlorine, which gives it a bad taste. Tap water
flows through pipes, which in older buildings may contain
lead. By the time tap water reaches your house, the
quality of the water is not guaranteed.

No, the water-cooler is rented to you for free.
19 Is there a minimum order?
2 x 18litre bottles minimise delivery costs and prevents
you running out.
20 Do I pay for the delivery service?
Yes we charge a nominal fee of £1.00 per delivery.
21 How much water is contained in one bottle?
18.9 litres per bottle.
22 Can I have hot and cold water?
Yes, you can even regulate the cold temperature of the
water on your water-cooler.
23 Is a hot water dispenser safe for a family with
children?
No hot water and small fingers are not a good combination
even with safety taps.
24 How hot is the water?
90-96 degrees.
25 How chilled is the water?
3-5 degrees.
26 What is a point-of-use dispenser?
It filters the water from the mains to erase the chlorine
taste.
27 What do I do with empty bottles?
We collect empty bottles on our next delivery.
28 Does a water-cooler use a lot of electricity?
as much as a small refrigerator.
29 Can I pay by credit card?
yes we take all cards.

No, the water is cheaper than bottled water from the
supermarket. And the quality is clearly marked unlike
some products.
31 Does the water-cooler needs cleaning?
4 times per year is the recommendation with ozone gas
or antioxidant spray.
32 I have a home-office, can I have a cup dispenser
and plastic cups?
Yes this is no problem.
